（１）博士の学位を有する者、または２０２１年３月３１日時点で取得見込みの者
（２）２０２１年４月１日時点で、学位取得後１０年以内の者
（３）教育・研究を遂行するための日本語能力を有する者
（４）学校教育法第９条に規定する欠格事項に該当しない者

選 考

年齢・経歴に応じた業績及び将来性等について書類審査を行い、必要に応じて面接及び
プレゼンテーションによる審査を行います。選考結果については、２０２０年１月頃
までに通知する予定です。なお、面接及びプレゼンテーションに必要な旅費等は応募者
の負担とします。

任 期

５年
今回採用されるテニュアトラック教員は、５年目の最終審査で適格と認められた場合、
専任の准教授として採用されます。
なお、当該最終審査で適格と認められなかった場合は、３年を限度とする
セーフティネット雇用制度が準備されています。本学のテニュアトラック制度については、

4. Qualifications
(1) The applicant should hold a PhD degree or be able to take a PhD degree by April 1, 2021.
(2) The applicant must have acquired their PhD degrees within the 10 years prior to April 1, 2021.
(3) The applicant should have Japanese skills to carry out their teaching and research activities.
(4) The applicant should not fall within any of the categories of ineligibility set out in Article
9 of the School Education Law.

6. Submission Deadline
All materials must be received by November 5, 2019 (Tuesday).

7. Selection Process
The submitted materials will be reviewed in the first screening. Interview and presentation will be conducted as necessary. The results of the selection will be sent by postal mail by around January, 2020. Travel and other expenses incurred to attend the interview and presentation will be the responsibility of the applicant.
