The 73rd JSCC Conference：Preliminary Questionnaire for the preparation of the conference (including requests for childcare and special meals)

Dear members of Japan Society of Coordination Chemistry,

The 73rd JSCC Conference will be held from September 21 to 23, 2023 at Mito Civic Hall and neighboring facilities.
We are currently making preparations to hold the meeting on site, but we would appreciate it if you could answer the questionnaire regarding your current plans to attend the meeting and your requests for the meeting, especially from the viewpoint of promoting diversity (including the format of the meeting, requests for childcare and special meals).
We will share the responses regarding the format of the conference with the Executive Committee and will consider responding to them as much as possible.
The deadline for responses is April 30May 31.
We are making preparations to ensure that all members can participate in the discussion session with peace of mind, and we would appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

This questionnaire will take only a few minutes to complete.
In addition to a questionnaire regarding your participation plans and the format (on-site only, hybrid, etc.), there is also a questionnaire regarding childcare and special meals, etc. Please note that the information obtained from this questionnaire will be used to provide you with information regarding your participation plans. The information obtained from this survey will not be used for any purpose other than statistical processing.
