錯体化学会討論会(水戸市民会館) 若手の会シンポジウム開催のご案内
New concepts in science always come from “advanced measurements.” Newton’s concept of mechanics (Keppler’s law) comes from the accurate measurements by Tycho Brahe. Quantum chemistry comes from atomic spectroscopic measurements. This must be true for coordination chemistry. For example, the advance of crystallography made it possible to visualize 3D structure of coordination compounds deduced by Alfred Werner. Thus, understanding advanced measurements will induce new concepts in chemistry. In this symposium, we will touch on the advanced functional measurements to understand the new technology which leads to new innovational ideas.
